TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

We require 50% deposit up front to reserve your position at the retreat. The remaining 50% is to be paid the day before the retreat when we meet to give you the medicinal water.

Should you not be able to make the retreat for ANY REASON we are unfortunately unable to refund the 50% deposit. We can however allow you to change your retreat for another date within a 12-month period.

Advice

We recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance for any cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, to cover not only the retreat but also your flights, medical attention etc.

If you decide to leave of your retreat prior to its termination date we are unfortunately unable to refund your money. This is due to costs associated with pre-organizing many elements of the retreat that are necessary for it to run smoothly.

After payment has been made we will send an email as confirmation.

Bank and transaction fees are not included in the cost of the retreat and will be charged as additional by the relevant bank or institution.
